What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy for youth ages 5–17
• Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, etc.)
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams (Nursing, Case Management, Leadership)
• Build strong, trusting relationships with youth and families
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate therapeutic experiences

If You Are...

• Passionate about child and adolescent mental health
• Grounded in empathy, patience, and clinical integrity
• Able to balance structure + creativity in treatment
• Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-moving environment
• Committed to cultural competence and person-centered care

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in child/adolescent behavioral health
• Active or associate-level North Carolina licensure:
  • LCMHC / LCMHC-A
  • LCSW / LCSW-A
  • LMFT / LMFT-A
