This Is More Than a Job. It’s Leadership.
If you’ve ever led a team, stepped into high-pressure moments when others hesitated, or felt called to guide both youth and staff toward something better—this role is for you.
Anderson Health Services is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead within our residential behavioral health program, supporting both youth and the staff who serve them every day.
This is an active, hands-on leadership role for someone who believes presence, structure, and consistency create real change—and who leads by example.
Who We Are
Anderson Health Services is a youth-focused behavioral health organization grounded in:
Love, Care, Kindness, and Compassion.
We believe strong relationships change lives.
We believe structure builds safety.
And we believe youth thrive when they have consistent leadership and clear expectations.
What You’ll Actually Do
As a Program Supervisor, you won’t sit on the sidelines. You will:
Lead daily operations within a residential group home setting
Supervise, coach, and develop Youth Mentors and Youth Care Workers
Maintain structure, expectations, and consistency across all shifts
Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
Build a culture grounded in respect, consistency, and compassion, where staff are supported and held accountable
Step in during crises and lead with calm, controlled decision-making
Run shift briefings and post-incident debriefs with staff
Partner with the clinical team to support individualized treatment goals
Ensure documentation is completed clearly, accurately, and on time
Address performance directly and coach staff toward growth
Create an environment where youth feel safe, respected, and supported to grow
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You Are
A natural leader who takes ownership of outcomes
Calm under pressure and steady in difficult situations
Clear, direct, and consistent in how you communicate
Comfortable holding others accountable while still supporting their growth
Driven by impact, not just a paycheck
Able to balance authority and compassion in a therapeutic setting
Someone who understands that structure and compassion work together to create real change for youth
What We Offer
Competitive pay based on experience
Full-time leadership role with growth opportunity
A strong, team-oriented culture — you won’t do this alone
Ongoing leadership development and support
Meaningful, hands-on work that directly impacts youth outcomes
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
5+ years of experience working with youth or behavioral health populations
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Age 21 or older
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Physical & Work Expectations
Active role requiring standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
Ability to respond to crisis situations, including physical intervention if required
Ability to maintain safety within a fast-paced environment
Why This Role Matters
For many of the youth in our care, consistency is not something they’ve always had.
As a Program Supervisor, your leadership shapes:
how staff show up each day
how youth experience structure and support
how challenges are handled in moments that matter most
how a team builds trust, stability, and growth over time
Your presence sets the standard.
